November 2024: Sponsorship Debut and 2025 Trip Dates!
It's that time of year again... we are starting preparations for our 2025 medical camp and are excited to invite you to join us! As in the past, we will be conducting medical clinics on June 5-7 and a follow-up clinic on June 9. This year, H3 will be conducting a pastors' conference along with New City Church for local church leaders on May 30-31. Travel dates for the medical team are May 30 - June 11. If you are interested in participating in the pastors' conference, the departure date would be May 27.
Who should go to Uganda with H3? There are no under-qualified team members! Regardless of your education, experience, or giftedness, we need willing workers to participate in the medical camp and interact with patients and volunteers.
Now is the time to think and pray about your involvement with H3 in 2025. The registration deadline is December 31 and the cost of the trip is $3500, which is a tax-deductible contribution that includes your plane ticket, lodging, transportation and meals, as well as supporting the cost of the medical clinic. There may be an additional personal cost for cultural experiences or souvenir shopping.

2025 TRIP APPLICATION
Student Sponsorship
Want to get involved with H3 but don't feel called to travel? We are debuting an individual sponsorship program in which you may "adopt" a potential student. H3 currently funds the education of about 12 students, but the waiting list for scholarships is long, and we have been limited by our own H3 funds to take on new students. By sponsoring a student, you enable a child in poverty to return to school. Not only that, but participation in the scholarship program includes Christian discipleship and mentoring. You will receive periodic reports from your student and our Education Coordinator Eunice to keep you updated and connected.
There are 12 potential students on our waiting list, ranging from elementary (total cost approximately $750/year) to university (total cost approximately $1500/year). We are looking for sponsors to sign up for one year, and the sponsorship amount could be paid monthly or in one chunk. Partial scholarships or semester scholarships are also a possibility.
