Our Ugandan partners are invaluable.
H3 works in direct partnership with organizations in Kampala, helping facilitate their needs and furthering their goals.
-
African Bible University
These college students come from a diverse group of African countries and are being educated for civil and church leadership. ABU has been our starting base since 2011 for developing relationships in Kampalan churches, schools, businesses, and health care.
-
Sports Outreach
This Christian organization runs soccer and chess clubs for children in Kampala. H3 partnered with Sports Outreach for the first time in 2017 to run a clinic.
-
Zana Community Christian School
Located on the outskirts of a Kampala slum area, this Christian boarding school is attended by more than 600 students, half of them orphans. The children are fed through church-run farms. H3 clinics support the medical needs of the children attending school; and older students volunteer their time in our clinics.
-
Africa Reformation Theological Seminary
ARTS is the only evangelical, reformed, covenantal and presbyterian graduate seminary on the continent. Seminary students are committed to sharing the gospel with the people of Africa. Students attend our clinic each year to share in the burden of preaching and counseling.
-
New City Community Church
Through this congregation, we were introduced to the majority of our African health care team members. The H3 clinic is the primary outreach of New City’s mercy ministry, and their members provide leadership for the H3-Uganda team as well as the manpower needed to run our clinics.
-
Reformation Church of East Africa
A reformed presbyterian denomination newly formed in Uganda but spreading quickly to bordering countries, the RCEA holds to Westminster Confessional Standards and New City Community Church is a founding member. H3 is looking to partner in ministry with other RCEA churches.
-
Le Memorial Hospital in Kampala
For our patients who need ongoing care throughout the year, our H3-Uganda team has an established relationship with Le Memorial to provide imaging, procedures and surgeries to our clinic patients throughout the year.
“We were blessed as a church for all your services in our community. You really served and touched many lives not only medically but spiritually too. The love of Christ was evidenced in what you did.”
— Pastor Emma Kiwanuka
